The No. 3 Auburn Tigers take on the No 4 Ole Miss Rebels in what is expected to be the center of college football schedule on Saturday at the Vaught-Hemingway Stadium, Oxford, MS.

Auburn and Mississippi are anticipated to throw everything for this all-important match. Both teams have one loss, and the loser will eventually find itself out of the college football playoff because of getting two defeats. Aside from that, both have to battle in the SEC West which Mississippi State and Alabama are No 1 and No 2.

The Tigers have the most difficult schedule in college football. They have to play Georgia and Alabama in the last five games of their schedule. If they survive all their remaining games, they would likely be considered in the CFP.

“We’ve got to go there and we’ve got to play well to win,” Auburn coach Malzahn told the team’s official website. “That’s the only thing on our mind. We aren’t looking ahead to this and that. We are going to Ole Miss and we are trying to win the game.”

Auburn suffered its only loss in the hands of the Mississippi State but the team finally bounced back over South Carolina in a 42-35 victory last Saturday.
