Dak Prescott has completed 6 of 10 passes for 11 yards and a touchdown to lead the Mississippi State in the first quarter, 21-0, over the Auburn Tigers in the biggest game of the day that features the No.2 and No. 3 teams in the FBS.
Mississippi State’s defense is being felt as the Tigers haven’t scored yet. Nick Marshall is 0-3 in passing against one interception. The rushing offense of the Tigers also is not making the noise so far totalling only for 21 yards.
With the SEC West on the line, the Mississippi State looks like the stronger at the early stage of the game. Josh Robinson just rushed for a touchdown with 6:09 left in the first to make it 21-0.
