World Series Game 7 Live World Series: Winners, tv channel, radio schedule

The Chicago Cubs won the World Series.

The Chicago Cubs are leading the Cleveland Indians, 4-1, in World Series do-or-die Game 7 at Progressive Field.

Corey Kluber’s first pitch of the fifth inning was his last of Game 7, as Javier Baez hit a home run to end Kluber’s night and extend the Cubs’ lead in Cleveland.

While Kluber was expected to be dominant, the Cubs finally break loose as they scored four runs against him. Dexter Fowler’s leadoff home run gave the Cubs the lead in Game 7 of the World Series and Kyle Hendricks has worked two scoreless innings Wednesday.

The Indians tied the game through Carlos Santana’s single to the right to bring home Coco Crisp in the third inning.

In the fourth inning the Cubs started to roll when Addison Russel hit a sacrifice fly to center to send home Kris Bryant and to move Ben Zobrist to the second. Moreover, Wilson Contreras doubled deep to the center and Zobrist scored.

Will this be enough for the Cubs to win the World Series?
