New England Patriots vs Buffalo Bills Rumors and News: Jacoby Brissett to be the starting quarterback?

Bill Belichick allowed the entire NFL universe to be in a guessing mode on which quarterback would be starting against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday. According to a report, Jacoby Brissett will start for the second time while Jimmy Garoppolo is inactive.

The Patriots are looking for their fourth straight victory as they play the Bills on Sunday. Without Tom Brady, the Patriots were able to find ways to dismantle their opponents so far. They were successful in eliminating the strengths of the other teams.

New England just came from a 27-0 win over the Houston Texans in which Brissett was the starting quarterback while Garoppolo was recovering from injury. In Week 1, the Patriots overpowered the Miami Dolphins, 31-24, while surprising the Arizona Cardinals in a 23-21 victory in the opening week.

The rivalry of the Patriots and the Bills cannot be discounted in this game, especially the fact that the tough-talking Bills coach Rex Ryan mentioned earlier this week that it doesn’t matter who will be the starting quarterback of the Patriots because it won’t be Tom Brady.

Julian Edelman remains the emergency quarterback though everybody wants to see him passing the ball. The Patriots and Bills game will start at 1:00 PM ET.

The Patriots will again rely on the running game of Leggarette Blount who reached over 100 rushing yards last week. Moreover, the defense of the Patriots will always be solid in denying the offense of the Bills.
