After the Rio Olympics, most of the sports fans around the world are turning their eyes into the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, currently on Day 5 of the double-elimination.

The first game will feature Consolation Game A between Europe-Africa, coming from Emilia, Italy vs Northwest, coming from Bend, Oregon at Lamade Stadium, starting at 11:00 AM. Kids from Bowling Green, Kentucky representing the Great Lakes will meet the kids from Johnston, Iowa, representing the Midwest on Monday. Bowling Green scored 11 in there opening round while Johnston allowed only a run in the opening.

Surprisingly, Canada scored 10 and shocked the Japanese, who suffered their first opening-round defeat in 51 yards. Canada faces the kids from Seoul, South Korea, who are representing Asia-Pacific.

Because these teams won their first game, a loss will keep them in the competition but the lossers will play against the four winning teams last Saturday. The four winners will advance while the losers will go home.
