2015 Washington Redskins Rumors and News: star Wide receiver DeSean Jackson to miss a couple weeks

Bad news for the Washington Redskins as DeSean Jackson injured his shoulder after hitting a sled in a finishing route earlier in the Washington camp training.

After making headlines three days ago that nobody could guard him, don’t look now, even the weakest defender can follow him.

“I don’t feel no one could stop me. You could go get Darrelle Revis, Richard Sherman, whoever you want to get.” said Jackson earlier this week.

“I always love to do more,” Jackson said. “Whatever opportunity I get to make a play, I’ll make the most of my skills. To score touchdowns, to have energy, to light my team up, to get everyone riled up, to continue to go on the field and play at a high level. I just try to set the tempo, playing at a high level, and everyone else can follow.”

According to ESPN, Jackson suffered a separated shoulder and is expected to miss a couple of weeks.

Jackson was targeted 94 times with 56 receptions and six touchdowns in his 15 games last season with the Redskins.
