Dallas Cowboys Rumors and News: Dez Bryant tastes a punch in rumble against the St Louis Rams

Dez Bryant is in the news again for being a part in the Dallas Cowboys vs St Louis Rams rumble in Oxnard on Tuesday’s practice between the two teams. It reported in media outlets that Dallas wide receiver Dez Bryant took a fist to the face.

Bryant, who usually expresses himself in social media reacted on taking knuckles on the nose, posting on Twitter.

“I wish I would have cheap shot his ass then all of y’all would have seen the difference,” Bryant said. “You can’t even put that sh-t on world star lol.” (The tweet already has been deleted.)

Bryant controversially entered into a fight earlier in training camp. This is the second consecutive year that the Cowboys players have scrapped with players from another team during joint practices.

The Cowboys-Rams brawl involved a lot of people, and it ended up spilling all over the field and coaches got involved, according to reports. Though there’s no immediate reports if Bryant would miss a game or more and suffered injury, it is still a concern for coaches and teams that their players might get terrible injury during those fights.

Nobody wants to duplicate what happened to quarterback Geno Smith who was punched by a teammate. Smith will miss 6-10 weeks because of a broken jaw.

Surely, the Dallas Cowboys cannot afford to lose Bryant, the primary target of Tony Rom.
