Johnny Manziel threw for 42 yards in 7 of 11 passes, and added 14 yards and a touchdown on the ground. Starter Josh McCown completed 5 of 5 passes for 33 yards and a touchdown. Bryan Hartline had 30 yards in three catches and EJ Bibbs had 29 yards in three receptions.

Last season the Browns averaged 216.6 yards in passing and 108.0 yards in rushing. Defensively, the Browns yielded 224.5 in passing and 141.6 rushing.
