MLB All-Star Game Scores and Results: American League wins, Mike Trout MVP

Mike Trout becomes the first player in MLB history to win back-to-back All-Star Game MVP awards as he led the American League to beat the National League 6-3 Tuesday night.

Manny Machado doubled in one of the AL’s two runs in the seventh, and Brian Dozier added another with an eighth-inning homer to widen the AL’s lead.

The Major League Baseball presents the All-Star Game between the American League and the National League which starts at 7:30 pM ET. This is the 86th edition and it will be played at Cincinnati’s Great American Ball Park.

While everybody wants to have a free live streaming of the MLB All Star, it can be seen through cable subscription through Fox Sports Go.

The annual MLB All-Star Game is the only exhibition game that counds in the world of sports. The winner will have a homefield advantage in the World Series regardless of the record in the regular season.

In the National League, Zack Greinke will start on the mound while Dallas Keuchel will start in the American League. Though they will not play a usual game in which they will last at least five innings, the starting pitchers will probably have two innings at best. Greinke has pitched 123.1 innings with 1.39 ERA, 106 K and 20 BB. Keuchel has finished 137.1 innings, with 2.23 ERA, 114 K and 34 BB.
