The Golden State Warriors play the Houston Rockets in Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals NBA Playoffs 2015 on Monday at 9:00 PM ET at the Toyota Center, Houston, Texas.

The Warriors seek to sweep the Rockets after taking a 3-0 lead on Saturday in which MVP Stephen Curry scored 40 points in a 115-80 lopsided victory. The Warriors are just a game away to be in the NBA Finals since 1975.

While the Warriors are playing in the highest offensive chemistry, Curry has been the monster in this series. He also set an NBA record for most triples in a postseason with 64. He drilled in seven triples in Game 3.

Coach Steve Kerr understands how to close out a series and his strategy will be the same in Game 4 for the Warriors.

”They know that the most important thing is just the next play,” Kerr said. ”Keying in on competing and paying attention to all the little details, focusing on the mission and not the result, that’s always been our mantra and it’s especially true in moments like these. Just keep going, keep pushing.”

On the postseason, Curry averages 29.9 points, 5.0 rebounds and 6.6 assists. Draymond Green contributes 13.8 points, 10.3 rebounds and 5.5 assists per game. Moreover, Klay Thompson averages 19.4 points for the Warriors.

The Houston Rockets have to do something to contain Curry. The only way to be back in the series is to take one game at a time and they have to win this game. Stopping Curry throughout the game might be difficult but if the Rockets can limit him to less than 20 points then they will have a chance to survive. Down 3-1 against the Clippers, the Rockets bounced back in the previous round. They know what it takes to rise from the pit and they understand that Game 4 is a must win game.

”I saw quit from everybody in the arena,” Dwight Howard said. ”We can’t have that … no matter how far you fall you’re never out of the fight. That’s the way you’ve got to look at it. We may be down 3-0, but we’ve got to continue to fight. That’s the only way. If we don’t believe, then who else will?”

On the postseason, James Harden averages 26.9 points, 5.5 rebounds and 7.9 assists. Dwight Howard is at his best, averaging 16.4 points and 14.0 rebounds. Josh Smith is averaging 13.2 points and 5.7 rebounds while Trevor Ariza contributes 12.8 points and 6.5 rebounds per game for the Rockets.
