PGA Byron Nelson 2015 Leaderboard: Steven Bowditch on top

Australian Steven Bowditch is in control of the Byron Nelson leaderboard at 17-under-par through the 16th hole of the Final Round. Bowditch has a four-stroke advantage over his nearest chasers Charley Hoffman and Jimmy  Walker, who are at 14-under-par.

The Australian slightly faltered after the 3rd and fifth holes as he ended up drilling both into bogeys. However, he managed to get through the struggle by hitting birdies on sixth, eigth, 11th, 12th and 16th holes to distance himself against his rivals. Barring any major collapse in the next two holes, Bowditch will be named the winner of the Byron Nelson Championship.

Jordan Spieth finished the final round at even, finding himself in the tournament at 7-under-par. Spieth started it perfect in the first hole by putting a birdie but the second hole was forgettable with a bogey. After the third hole in which he birdied, the rest of the final round holes were battle to save for par.

Hoffman found his groove in the back nine with birdies in the 10th, 11th, 12th, 15th and 16th holes, hoping to stay second or a possibility of getting on top if the leader will find himself in difficulties in the next two holes.

Zach Johnson finished at 6-under-par in the final round, 13-under-par at the tournament. Johnson had seven birdies and a bogey  and the rest were pars to find himself fourth in the current Byron Nelson leaderboard and standings.
