Jeremy Lin Free Agency updates, not ruling out playing with the Lakers

Will Jeremy Lin be back with the Lakers?

Jeremy Lin is facing an unknown future with his current team and there’s a big possibility that he might not wear the Los Angeles uniform again next season.

Lin, who made himself known in New York with the term “Linsanity” being coined and acquired by the Lakers in a trade with the Houston Rockets in the off season, will become an unrestricted free agent after this season.

The popularly-known “Linsanity”, who averaged 11.2 points, 4.6 assists and 2.6 rebounds and who re-energized his teammates every time he entered the game, said that he is open to re-signing with the Lakers in the offseason.

With the talent Lin can bring to the table, other teams might be interested on his service. Lin insisted that if given a better role in other team, then it would give him the courage to move. The 26-year-old point guard admitted earlier this year that he was not satisfied playing from the bench and it hurt him. He was benched after starting their 19 games of the season.

“I want to find a good place and hopefully the best place I can fit in at,” Lin told Los Angeles Daily News. “I want to be able to find a good fit for me.”

Moreover, Lin would love to have a big offer also coming from different teams that might be interested. Lin might consider a team that has the money to offer and that has the chance to win a title.
