The Los Angeles Clippers will have another opportunity to advance to the Western Conference Finals as they face the Houston Rockets in the do-or-die Game 7 on Sunday at 3:30 PM ET.

The Clippers failed close out the series, losing two consecutive games to the Rockets, after leading 3-1. After controlling the first three quarters in Game 6, the Clippers were outplayed 40-15 in the fourth quarter. It looked like the Clippers were hit by a lighting that caused confusion.

Chris Paul had 31 points, seven rebounds and 11 assists while Blake Griffin added 28 points and eight rebounds. However, those big numbers were not enough to deny the Rockets defense in that final quarter.

On the season, the Clippers are averaging 106.7 points, 42.6 rebounds and 24.8 assists. Defensively, the Clippers are yielding 100.1 points against the opposing teams.

On the postseason, Griffin averages 25.4 points, 12.8 rebounds and 6.2 assists. Crhist Paul averages 21.7b points and 8.6 assists. DeAndre Jordan averages 12.8 points and 13.1 rebounds for the Clippers.

The Houston Rockets have the homecourt advantage as they host the Clippers. Coach Kevin McHale enabled to rejuvenate the team and found a way to beat the Clippers. After James Harden was taken out in Game 6, the entire roster got together to rally and even win.

Dwight Howard had 20 points and 21 rebounds while Corey Brewer added 19 points and 10 rebounds from the bench. Josh Smith was also a component in that game as he had 19 points and six rebounds.
