Chicago Bulls Rumors: Coach Tom Thibodeau to relieved after three teams filling in head coaching vacancies?

One of the most sought NBA basketball coaches this summer is Chicago Bulls head coach Tom Thibodeau. After the Bulls’ defeat to the Cavaliers in the second round of the Eastern Conference playoffs, Thibodeau was expected to be fired because of the growing tension with Bulls management, Gar Forman and John Paxson.

More than a week had passed but the Bulls management has done nothing to relieve the coach. Surprisingly, the Bulls management and Thibodeau is in a waiting game on what would be the next move of the Bulls. Will he be fired?

Marc Stein of ESPN tweeted with concern that the Bulls management will fill first the job coaching vacancies in New Orleans, Orlando and Denver before they would fire Thidodeau, making him no place to coach next season and may be forced to sit out.

Though it would be hard to fathom that Gorman and Paxson would do to the coach, it is important to note that Thibodeau’s knowledge of the game can ultimately alter the situation of a team. He is a bright defensive coach that deserves to be mentoring and leading a team next season.

Probably one of the reasons of delay is the inability of the Bulls management to find a new coach for the Bulls. It is rumored that Chicago loves to have Fred Hoiberg of Iowa State but there’s no development on that matter as of the moment.

At the end, the Bulls might be retaining Thibodeau but relationships and disagreements must be mended.
