Dallas Cowboys’ Tony Romo: We’re going to win a Super Bowl next year

Quarterback Tony Romo is confident that the Dallas Cowboys will win the Super Bowl next season. Romo made a prediction after receiving an award, the Nancy Lieberman Lifetime Achievement Award, at the the Dream Gala in Dallas.

IN a 10-minute speech, Romo reiterated the value of unity, by helpiing each others to help you achieve a goal. He deeply provided us his desire of winning a championship not just for himself but also for his teammates like Jason Garret, Jason Witten and the Jones family.

“I literally want to win it so bad for them, for the people around me who have helped me,” Romo said. “They’ve allowed me to achieve my dreams and my goals. Without them, I’m not there, I promise you. I’m not where I’m at right now and I’m not going where I’m going.”

He continued by thanking those people who selected him , and he said, “This award is very meaningful to me, mostly because I get to be associated with this and to be associated with Nancy. It’s incredible and I really appreciate you, and we’re going to win a Super Bowl next year. Thank you.”

Dallas’ quarterback found success last season and he believed that the Cowboys will play better especially in the playoffs. However, Romo’s intent to win a Super Bowl must be followed with wins and making the right decisions throughout the season.

Romo needs a star-caliber running back to fulfil his prediction. With DeMarco Murray leaving the team last month, Romo will be receiving so much pressure to throw the football. This is the reason why the Cowboys is rumoredly taking into consideration in acquiring Adrian Peterson.

Will Romo’s prediction be fulfilled?
