Packers vs Seahawks Final scores and updates: Seattle stuns Green Bay

The Seattle Seahawks pulled off an improbable 28-22 come-from-behind win over Green Bay in the NFC title game to enter into the Super Bowl for two consecutive seasons.

Russell Wilson found Jermaine Kearse for a 35-yard touchdown with 3:19 into overtime.

The Seahawks were trailing 16-7 with 209 remaining, Wilson ran for a one yard touchdown. The Seahawks recovered an onside kick at the 50, then Marshawn Lynch powered through in a 24 yard touchdown run.

Wilson threw for 209 yards and one touchdown against four interceptions. He couldn’t get his game in the first half with only 14 total yards.

Seattle played through five turnovers in the game. The Packers led 16-0 at halftime but the Seahawks played well in that fourth quarter stretch.

First Half:

Randall Cobb caught a 13 yard pass from Aaron Rodgers to help the Packers take a 13-0 lead over the Seattle Seahawks after the first quarter.

The Seattle Seahawks allowed the Green Bay Packers to score first, 6-0, in the first quarter of the NFC Championship Game with 7:26 in the first. Rodgers has completed 5 of 9 passes for 36 yards while Russell Wilson is 0-2 at 8:07. Both quarterbacks have one interception each.

Richard Sherman intercepted a pass from Aaron Rodgers intended to Devante Adams at the endzone at 11:16 in the first.

Wilson passed short middle intended for Jermaine Kearse intercepted by HaHa Clinton-Dix at SEA 30. Clinton-Dix pushed at SEA 4 for 26 yards (J.Sweezy) at 10:37. However, a penalty was incurred by Mike Daniels for taunting.

Crosby kicks 71 yards from GB 35 to SEA -6. D.Baldwin ran to SEA 22 for 28 yards but fumbled, recovered by Green Bay’s M.Burnett at SEA 23. M.Burnett to SEA 23 for no gain (D.Baldwin). (8:07)

The Packers had numbers of opportunities to score a touchdown by getting the football at the redzone in those two turnovers but they just converted two fieldgoals.

Running back Eddie Lacy has rushed for 40 yards in eight attempts to help the Packers move the chains.

The Packers defense has been playing well against the offense of the Packers. The defense has forced two turnovers and a three-and-out.
