The Ohio State Buckeyes face the Indiana Hoosiers in one of the Big Ten Conference college basketball on January 10 at 12:00 PM ET.

The Buckeyes (13-3, 2-1) will have another test in a conference game as they aim to be competitive. Splitting its first two games in Big Ten Conference, Ohio State found a way of beating Minnesota, 74-72, on Tuesday.

In the game against Minnesota, freshman D’Angelo Russell drilled in 25 of his 27 points in the first half to help the Buckeyes in posting a 12-point lead. Moreover, Marc Loving made the winning basket with 5.6 seconds left. Adding into the offense was Shannon Scott who ended up with 10 assists.

The Indiana Hoosiers (11-4,1-1) started in the Big Ten Conference with a 70-65 victory over Nebraska but they were dominated by Michigan State, 70-50.

The bright spot for Indiana was Yogi Ferrel who scored 17 points over Michigan State last Monday.

“This league is obviously very unforgiving. They could care less what you did the last game,” coach Tom Crean said. “When you’re playing really good teams, you can’t get discouraged, you have to keep coming.”

Though Indiana might be the underdog in this game, the Hoosiers are No. 1 in the league with 82.9 points per game. However, the Buckeyes are second with 82.8.
